As a single father of two, raising my kids while attending full time at the university is what set the sail toward a path of education and the pursuit of effectiveness. The classes I took and all the research I did were geared toward this fundamental question: How can I make sure my kids would be successful in life? This research transcended into my career as a teacher where I began tweaking and polishing up strategies and compiling up more from trainings and other teachers I had worked with or observed. Now being a teacher for a little less than a decade, and seeing many other teachers struggling with this profession, I decided to put together the very best of the best.
