Book Details

To begin the journey into The Power of Change we will need to accept the notion that the root cause of our self-destruction is a faulty mind-set. From the very first page of this extraordinary book, Middleton moves us rapidly into the arena of self-transformation. We become familiar with and connected to practical ways to end inner conflict and suffering. Middleton describes how developing self-awareness leads to self-understanding, ego control and the gradual end to impulsive decision-making, and shows readers how to discover that self-awareness and follow a path to living a responsible, productive life. This book imparts a simple but profound message: There is a way to a better life for every incarcerated person.
