Book Details

Tragic, vulnerable and hope-filled personal journal entries are shared by a Mother after the loss of her Son.

How does one open up and express all the dark, heavy and complicated feelings that flood the period of grief. In this journal, the author has shared her most intimate and precious details and events surrounding the sudden death of her son. The hope is that each excerpt will be a catalyst for your own emotions to surface with the vulnerability it takes to dig deep and examine the shocking and traumatic experience of your loss. Her greatest fear was to be disconnected from her son after death, and her recurring struggle was acceptance of this painful reality. The stages are difficult to probe, but the personal transformation will slowly manifest itself. Eventually, the process brought her to a place of insight and acceptance regarding this fate that no one wants to have but many will experience. Her hope is that you can go from grieving to living life fully again.
