V.E. Kelly was born in Orlando, FL, where she still resides. She is the proud mother of two daughters and is a graduating Tiger of Jones High School’s Class of 1991. She’s also a published author of African-American Romance/ Fiction titles “Who Says There’s No Happily Ever After?” and “There’s Always a Better Fish in the Sea”.
