Book Details

A Dystopian Noir of First Contact

A quantum singularity, God’s Light, blossoms into dazzling life near Earth orbit, unleashing an Armageddon of flame and devastation, killing millions, plunging the world into abject suffering. Through the rift, humanity restively watches the remote cosmos where belligerent aliens clash for supremacy. Years later, Overlord rules over a dystopian Earth, and scientists known as the Gods of Chimera experiment to create genetically-engineered soldiers on a fearful population searching for the light of hope within the vast darkness of their lives. One such man is Detective Klaus Jürgen Müeller, an edgy and self-destructive anti-hero, living in a bioengineered future of war, mayhem, and desolation. Weary of soul, he is tasked with a secretive murder investigation connected to the development of the chimeras while evading tyranny, reckoning with the sins of his past, and confronting the looming doom of an alien invasion from the sinister unknown.
