Jose FM Sablan is a retired Vietnam veteran with the US Army as a master sergeant of over 20 years. With only a high school diploma, he achieved success not only in the Army but as a Department of Defense GS-13 computer systems programmer analyst. After retirement Jose became a businessman. He and his wife own and operate the Quantico Garden Restaurant, and he is also the owner of two multilevel marketing businesses. He is a family man with seven children and currently resides in Stafford, Virginia.
