Brilliance is not always understood and is often coupled with eccentricity. Brilliance includes the ability to recognize and maneuver through ignorance. Ignorance is one of the essential components of brilliance and it can be advantageous or debilitating. Brilliance can serve in either capacity as well. Our level of success can be tailored to meet our individual satisfaction, if brilliance and ignorance is properly calibrated, whether it’s running a corporation, a church or our personal life. Many have accused me of being the epitome of “Mr. know it all” when actually I appropriately send the message that I constrain myself to explore every segment of my ignorance and I have set this as my long term goal. That is to say I must know what it is that I know and at the same time become completely knowledgeable of what I don’t know or you might say that which I’m ignorant of. I pursue things I’m ignorant of, things that are pertinent to my success. I intentionally surround myself with, and inextricably attach myself to others who have knowledge of the things necessary and inevitably essential to my success. You don’t have to know everything if you’re attached to people who know what you don’t. The brilliance of Ignorance is so explosive it can catapult you into the Presidency of the United States of America.
