The author, Y.B. Pun, is a 6th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo. He has been practicing and teaching Taekwondo for over three decades. His kicking techniques are powerful self-defense tools. This book, The Art of Kicking - Basic Kicking Techniques, is the first in a series of his recent pursuits of sharing the skills he learned through years of experience in teaching martial arts.
