A Proven Path to Living an Abundant Life

What does it truly mean to live an abundant life? In this powerful and deeply practical workbook, a physician, teacher, and lifelong student of human transformation shares the principles that shaped both his life and the lives of thousands he served. Drawing from more than four decades in medicine, research, and leadership, the author presents a clear path to achieving wellness, wealthiness, and wholeness. Through real life stories, including his work serving underserved communities and training future physicians, readers gain insight into the deeper causes of struggle and the steps required for lasting change. The book moves beyond theory, offering structured exercises, daily protocols, and actionable guidance designed to renew the mind, strengthen faith, and build habits that lead to clarity, peace, and purpose. The Abundance Workbook is both a personal journey and a practical guide, inviting readers to move beyond limitation and step into a life defined by meaning, resilience, and possibility.

About the Author

E. Ted Chandler MD, FACP

E. Ted Chandler, MD, FACP, is an emeritus faculty member of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine with a distinguished career spanning more than four decades. In 1975, he was recruited to develop an innovative health center in partnership with Forsyth County to provide care for underserved populations while training medical students in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. This work continued successfully for twenty two years. Orphaned at the age of three, Dr. Chandler was raised alongside hundreds of children at the Baptist Orphanage of North Carolina, an experience that shaped his lifelong perspective on resilience, growth, and transformation. His medical career, combined with these early life experiences, led him to develop the principles that form the foundation of The Abundance Workbook, a guide to achieving wellness, wealthiness, and wholeness.
