Book Excerpt

Here is an excerpt from the book:

We live in a very complex and challenging time. Business has become increasingly global and relentlessly competitive. In today’s business world the nature of the work force continues to change in a way that demands more and more skill and leadership of the managers that hope to engage that work force. And the compact between business and the employee has been weakened to the point of near extinction in many if not most companies. The task ahead for both current and future leaders is a daunting one if they hope to succeed both personally and on behalf of their organizations and their people.

I would like to propose that the task of leadership might not be as overwhelming as it appears. I would like to convince you that although there are infinite nuances to the art of leadership, there are a few very straightforward principles that will provide you most of what you need to be successful – thus The 2 Keys to Business Success. I would also like to persuade you that these two principles aren’t some unnatural, esoteric approaches but rather common sense applications of the innate principles that should feel most natural to you. If you read on, I believe I can make your life a little simpler and the success of your organization a lot more likely.
