The Ten “C” Leadership Principles of Excellence provides the pillars to empower people and motivate them to take action.

Whenever I talk with people in professional and social settings, I learn of the desire they have to work for leaders who are focused on the characteristics that are most important to them. If you desire to be a leader in all areas of your life, the Ten “C” Leadership Principles of Excellence provides pillars to empower people and motivate them to keep focused on ten essential characteristics that are exhibited by great leaders. This book is a fun journey that presents clear examples of the personal characteristics that are necessary to nail down how to become an effective leader. Through my stories and personal examples the reader will quickly realize the 10 “C” essential principles and characteristics of leadership—both good and bad—that are filled with meaning, truth, and insight. What led me to write this book is my desire to bring awareness of a number of important leadership skills and teach them to others. My hope is that something that I’ve written will resonate with you on the subject of the essence of leadership—principles you can begin applying in your life right now. My desire for you is that each principle will motivate you to become more people-centered and focused on improving your life, both inside and outside of the workplace.
