Precocious Patty is rattled, she isn't ready to go to a new school.

Tomorrow is precocious Patty's last day of preschool, and she doesn't feel ready for kindergarten.  Her mum suggests she write a thank you note to her teachers.  Will expressing her gratitude calm her back-to-school butterflies?

Cynthia Centerbar is forever grateful to her teachers especially the ones who nurture and encourage her artistic visions. Host of the Just Pictures Book discussion group, her storyboards have been exhibited at the Worcester Art Museum. She loves drawing with pencils and cooking scrump-deli-cious food. Thank You Pine Street is her debut book and is inspired by the letter she helped her preschoolers compose when her family moved out of state.
