What lies behind the Gate called Beautiful?

THE BOOK:
What could possibly bring together men from the street gangs of Los Angeles and a family from a Midwestern suburb?
In 1958 a young preacher began his ministry on the streets of New York City. Several years later, a young gangster whose life was saved during that time went on to form his own ministry
Nearly 35 years afterward,in the middle of an old oasis in the inner city of Las Vegas, that man's ministry saved the life of a young man from Missouri.
"The Gate Called Beautiful" is this young man's story; a story of how God reaches across time to rescue His people.
Written as a parable sandwiched between a real life before and after chapter, "The Gate Called Beautiful" is a story of what happened during a year in the author's life.
Suitable for both adults and children, the book is appropriate for book clubs, bible study, rehab groups and more. It is also an excellent tool for teaching children about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. The scope of application of the story is limited only by the reader's imagination.
Although a quick read, you will find yourself going back to the story time after time, gaining fresh insight with each reading.
"The Gate Called Beautiful" is available for purchase on amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com, and is distributed through Ingram, Baker & Taylor and Spring Arbor Christian Distribution.
