Doug started Strategic Insurance Services in 2006. Today the team at Strategic Insurance serve over 4600 policyholders & are licensed in 12 states with a team of 22. In recent years, Doug has been featured as one of Tampa Bay’s “Top 40 Under 40” by the Tampa Business Journal. Strategic Insurance has also been honored to be part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies known as Best Practice Agencies by their National Association, Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. Less than 1% of all agencies in the US qualify for this prestigious group. Doug is married to his beautiful wife Amy Levi, and they are blessed with 3 children. Abigail Grace Levi, Asher James Levi & Avery Gwen Levi! He loves spending time with his family & his “wifey for lifey” as Doug affectionately calls Amy. In his spare time, Doug enjoys going to the beach, exercising, boating, golf, tennis and spending time with his friends and family. Doug & his family are active in their local church community & give back by supporting the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch, which is the largest children’s foster home in Pinellas County.
