Pawley and the history of the Corder family in America). He is a former Virginia government official and entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor’s degree (UVA) and a Master’s degree (WVU) in Civil Engineering and a Doctorate degree I(VCU) in Public Administration & Public Policy.
