Book Details

We all have dry spells in our lives when nothing seems to be working right or when there is emptiness in our lives. You know in your heart that you were born to do more, but you just cannot quite put your finger on what to do. Most people look for their purpose in life on the outside—influenced by peer pressure, what they read or what they hear. You can do so much more by listening to your heart! God the Father gives special gifts and talents to each person’s spirit. Imagine using your God-given talents to make a positive difference in someone’s life in the place which He has caused to appeal to you the most and for the purpose for which He most needs to have done in the world. To help you get started, use this step-by-step guide to pursue your purpose in life as God intended.

The life we live is often fraught with despair: feelings of emptiness and hopelessness. We may have everything we need, but still feel we are not contributing to society by serving others. How do we change the course of our journey, leaving a legacy of Christian joy instead of a life unfulfilled? This book teaches you, step-by-step, how to determine your strengths and then combine them with what you enjoy doing. Using Scripture as your guide, you can make everyone’s life richer using your skills to help others. I know this is true. Having been involved with both of Dr. Johnson’s books (this book and Discovering Your True Identity), I decided to use my God-given talent for writing and editing to work solely on Christian books. My life is so rewarding, and I feel blessed every day. Thank you, Dr. Johnson; you have changed my life forever! —Susan
