“RARE MEN FIGHT NECESSARY WAR...” - ‘WOMAN WATER III’

Before ‘The War’ of April 15, 1985, Marvelous Marvin Hagler (1954 - 2021 rest until paradise) offered this the best: “FEED THE FAITH AND STARVE THE DOUBT.” Having journeyed long is only negated by having chosen the wrong direction. Regrets blossom for lack of asking vital questions. What, when, where, how, and why produce fruit that is constantly in season. Combine experience with the indomitable glee that is ‘Yester We’ and ask: “Am I who I thought I’d be?” Where there is water there is life. ‘Staying Near The Water’ ponders an energy all need and by reciprocation needs us even more. Research proves that by the year 2040, even the blithest will realize the plight of water. Stayingnearthewater@hotmail.com.

About the Author

Thomas Henry Carter

Thomas’ school offered Jane pills for her son’s ‘hyperactivity.’ Choosing contrary, Jane toiled with the boy. Neglecting her career, to teach him food, love, God, and people nature. One day, Jane informed her son that her Mothers’ cousin died. The ululating child’s recoil: “Why would a woman die? Why do we have to die?...I don’t want to die!” Thomas has been asking questions (and saying things he probably shouldn’t) as long as he can remember. “And just in case there was any wonder; usually it is not ‘okay’ to be yourself, do it anyway.” That is what I would say to Destiny (with a smile).
