A METEOR SHOWER IS A BEAUTIFUL THING.... diamonds of light, cascading down through the skies! As lovely as all our blessings, too many to count, jillions of stars sparkling through the night. How can we ever count them; how can we ever know the immensity of them coming down from “the Father of Lights”? Unfathomable, that out of His great love, the Lord sent His beloved Son Jesus to rescue us from our sins, to assure us of an eternity spent with Him in Paradise. (See John 3:16) Meanwhile, on this frail planet, He reveals His love for us daily in a myriad of blessings. Run with me into the night, and let’s relish....delight in the explosions of stars, blessings raining down. And we’ll lift up our hands in gratitude to Our Father God who graces us with a thousand, thousand gifts each day! (From Meditation No. 48)
