Book Excerpt

As soon as Dan and Jim were alone, Jim said, Dan I know today we will party and eat like the Romans but I mainly came here for business. The first thing I have to know is can you and your roommate be trusted. I already told you Jim I tested him in the desert when I shot that cat. Except for a little change in face color, he was cool as a cucumber.
Dan we have known each other for a long time and I trust your judgment. Therefore, I have a job for you and Steve, I have someone that you have to take care of. I noticed you and Steve have been doing a lot of meth lately. What is your habit costing you 200.00 dollars a week? Dan said I will be honest with you Jim, Steve had a big bag of meth when he moved in and that is when I started again. I was a clean a year before I started the crystal again. However, this time I am going to control the meth it is not going to control me.
