Richard McCombs retired as CEO of MBA Polymers, Inc. (MBA). MBA was the global leader in recycling durable plastics at its three global locations. Prior to MBA, he started a joint venture processing and exporting rice as one of the first American Companies to operate in Vietnam after President Clinton lifted the trade embargo. The joint venture became the largest exporter of rice from Vietnam by the second year.
