A Different Approach to Relationship Therapy

You know your relationship needs to change, but you don’t know how to do it. You feel stuck and frustrated. Your partner either isn’t on board with counseling—or you’ve tried that, and it feels like the same old arguments you always have, just in a different space. You want your partner to get on board with making things better. You want everything to be better, but you can’t seem to make any progress in changing your partner. If this sounds like you, Renewing Your Relationship is the tool you need to start creating the relationship you want. You’ll benefit from the authors’ 50 years of combined experience and training in working with couples, and training therapists in how to do couples therapy. You’ll learn how to shift your focus from what you want your partner to do differently, and look instead at how interactional patterns are built and perpetuated. The best part of all is that you can create positive change even if your partner isn’t on board yet. Renewing Your Relationship takes the roadblocks and guesswork out of couples therapy and gives you practical, proven tools to improve your relationship.
