Book Details

It's not a Black and White issue; it's an issue of the heart.

“Having known Greg for many years, I know all he does is Christ-centered. His love of sports and his unwavering value system have shown through all the experiences that I have observed that he has been part of. He gets excited about helping others. Even though he has had some disappointments, his excitement and values always show through.” —Coach Chuck Sears, Missouri Hall of Fame wrestling coach “His message of loving one another in spite of race, color, creed or religion has been inspirational to many, myself included. Thank you Greg.” —Ricky Siglar, former NFL player (1990-98) with four NFL teams “Coach T represents what is good with leaders of young people today. He is truly a great role model.” —John “Chip” Sherman, football coach, Olathe (Kansas) Northwest High School “Coaches play a huge role in the lives of those they come in contact with. For me, Greg Thomas was my high school baseball coach and always held open and honest discussions with us about race in America. Drawing from his own personal experiences, which were not always ideal, he taught us to be open minded, loving and hopeful for a day when our differences in this country, would be welcome and celebrated. Coach T’s message is powerful and enlightening!” —Dee Jackson, KSHB-TV (Kansas City, Mo.) sports reporter.
