Jonell Patricia Murphy was born in Newark, NJ. She has been a substitute teacher for children in grades Pre-k to high school seniors for over twenty years. A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in English/Journalism, she loves to write. Currently working on a weight loss blog called 3333 Healthier Food Choices at 3333hfc.com. This is her second book and first children's book. A book of poetry humorously titled: If You Don't Like it Here, There's the Door, was her first book.
