Giovannelli Franchesco, MBA, SGT

Giovannelli Franchesco, MBA, SGT graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology from University of Redlands, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. A Peace Officer, defensive tactics instructor, and with a black belt in martial arts, he has worked in the field as a Probation Officer, supervising both adults and youths in the community. Currently a sergeant in his division, Giovannelli teaches Legal Foundations, Testifying in Court, and Defensive Tactics, and liaisons his department with behavioral health therapists. He also oversees the Aggression Replacement Training program at his facility, a research and evidence-based program for working with challenging youths. The author lives in the mountain area of California with his two children and his wife.
