“I welcome this day and give thanks for all of the gifts and the blessings that I am, that I give, and that I receive. I am filled with grace, joy, and possibility. I celebrate and bless this life and my place in it.”

Prayers of Two Women is about the power of intention to create your life—the kind of intention that is born of choice, to align you with your highest self and pull you toward your highest good. It’s about incorporating intention and action into every day, and being open to what life then delivers. It’s a daily reminder that you have a choice about how you live the moments of your days. If your life is not what you dreamed, you have the power within you to change it. By becoming clear and conscious of your inner longing, your true path in life, and by visualizing the results and committing to authentic action, you can do anything your heart desires! Decide what you want to create with the day, and give your intention life and expression in the world. Prayers of Two Women —a beautifully simple yet powerful guide—can help you do just that.

About the Author

Elizabeth Bell & Maxine Barish-Wreden

Elizabeth Bell and Max Barish-Wreden have been best friends and prayer partners for over 15 years. They are both health care professionals committed to healing and wholeness. Elizabeth is an organization development consultant, educator, and facilitator. Max is an internal medicine physician and medical director of the Sutter Center for Integrative Holistic Health in Sacramento, California. They bring the power of intention and vision to their work with patients, groups, and organizations, as well as to their own lives. In large part they credit the daily practice of prayerful intention for the rich quality of their lives and their relationships, and they look to share this with all women.
