Jacob E. Butler, Jr., Ph.D

Jacob E. Butler, Jr., Ph.D is Professor of Political Science and Chair of the Division of Social Sciences at Morris College. He holds the B.A. degree from South Carolina State University and the M.A. and Ph.D degrees in political science from Atlanta University. Over the past 35 years, his speeches, professional presentations and writings have covered a variety of issues in political science, with particular emphasis on African American political behavior.
