Dr. Jerome M. Butler is a recognized consultant and expert in organizational behavior and human capital management. He has worked with federal and private organizations to integrate program policies into practical operational success. He was a Senior Executive in Government, working in a variety of federal agencies and has held a number of Leadership positions in various Organizations. He has been the recipient of many awards during his distinguished career, including the Presidential Rank Award, Meritorious Service Award, Career Achievement and Distinguish Services in Human Resources Award. He holds a Master’s degree in Administration from George Washington University and a Ph.D. in Management and Human Resource Development from Walden University. Dr. Percy W. Thomas, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Masters of Education from Coppin State University, and the Doctorate of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University. He also holds certificates in leadership from Harvard University, The League for Innovation and the Federal Executive Institute. As a researcher, Dr. Thomas has conducted qualitative research on inner city juvenile gangs. He is also a former Professor in the internationally recognized Johns Hopkins University Leadership Development Program, and the Morgan State University Community College Doctoral Leadership program. Dr. Thomas is the author of Power Steps: 10 Principles of Success.
