Stephen H. Eap

Stephen H. Eap, O.D., J.D., a UCLA graduate, earned his optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and his law degree from the Pacific Coast University School of Law. Dr. Eap is in private practice in Long Beach, CA. He is an adjunct assistant professor at the Southern California College of Optometry. He also lectures to optometrists on the fundamental laws related to the practice of optometry.
