Dr. Carolyn Taylor, a graduate of Montana State University and Brigham Young University, has taught and assisted in the implementation of leadership techniques at several renowned universities and colleges. She has shared her expertise with student nurses, practicing nurses, physicians, health boards, and health care organizations. As a retired nurse who has worked in all areas of clinical nursing, she has had the opportunity to experience many types of leadership behaviors, both good and bad.
