Nicotine Addiction Equals Death, the Choice is Yours!

Nicotine is a silent killer. It is absorbed readily from tobacco smoked into the lungs and it doesn’t matter whether it is from cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. It is a silent killer because each puff that is inhaled, sends off 7,000 harmful chemicals. Overtime, the chemicals severely affect the body such as the brain, lungs and other parts of the body. The end result is death. My experiment with one of my clients will show the built-up of tar on the lung over a ten-year period. It will also show how much tar is produced from smoking one cigarette.

Cigarette smoking starts as a recreational habit where you smoke with friends or just experimenting. It then becomes a social activity which makes the smoker looks cool and has a place to belong. The social activity then becomes a habit to smoke before and after meals, sex, before bed and first thing in the morning. The habit then becomes an addiction where you have to have it in order to function.

Nicotine is highly addictive. The injection of nicotine results in almost an immediate “Kick”. This kick gives the smoker a sense of temporary relief from whatever he is feeling because it works on the brain and they have to get the fix to get the kick.

The negative effects of Nicotine Addiction affect your health, your family, your environment; your emotional, psychological, and financial wellbeing. The book will help you to evaluate the negative consequence of cigarette smoking and the benefits of quitting.
