Liz Sanders visits her Aunt Bea in New Orleans. Liz is concerned that Bea is safe after being robbed. Liz travels to Bea's home and helps her at her store. Liz works at Anders Antiques while her assistant Alice is vacationing in Hawaii. As Liz spends time with Bea she is worried that her aunt is in danger. Liz makes a surprising discovery while Bea is away from the store. Liz misses Eric Chance, her boyfriend, who she left in California. After being away for two weeks, Eric visits Liz on his vacation and they realize how much they love each other. Intrigue, danger, and murder unfolds for Liz and Eric in this mysterious visit.
