My life after death is a spin-off from my first book, Life Is Like A Box Of Chocolates. My first book was dedicated to my husband who is no longer with me and what life was to me without him. My Life After Death is about the things I experience between family, friends and relationships. Both books were written as therapy to things I encountered, which encouraged and helped me to look at where I am today. I believe my book of poems can help you to see my life and shape your future through reading the book.

Elaine McTear

Elaine Hughes-McTear is a retired widow with five adult children and grandchildren. “I will always cherish the memories of my late husband, however I have to live in the now. I've had a lot of challenges and disappointments and by writing about it in poems made it more interesting and fun. My specialty is writing about my relationships with family and friends and other relationships.”
