THE AD MAN MEETS THE MOUNTAIN MAN

Moon Over The Western Bridge is the first novel by accountant turned author, Harry Sharp. It’s the story of a sharp young Chicago ad man, Justin Pratt, who is sent on an unlikely journey to find the composer and producer of a song written over fifty years ago by Daniel Webster “Griff” McGraw. McGraw has settled into the life of a recluse in a cabin at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Pratt’s firm needs the song, Moon Over The Western Bridge for a prominent client to use in a commercial. The people that Pratt encounters along the way help shape his character as he prepares for his climactic encounter with Griff. The negotiations for the song rights end up revealing a lot about who Justin was and who he has become during his journey.
