About the Author

Mandyam Krishnaswamy

Mandyam Krishnaswamy grew up studying yogic practices and meditation techniques from a young age. He learnt Yoga under Mr. B.K.S. Iyengar and the art of Transcendental Meditation (TM) under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. For this book, he has drawn on a lifetime of constant introspection of his own thoughts and behavior combined with analytic observation of the lives of those around him. He currently resides in San Diego, California where he is a living example to those in his community of how a better understanding of the mind can lead to a greater happiness in life.
