Book Details

Love Notes from a Clergyman is a healing balm for the soul of those who have suffered major heartache from someone they loved. It offers hope and guidance, and reminds us that no matter how great our loss, God can be trusted to take our pain and turn it into praise—or take our mess and create a ministry. All you have to do is trust in Him. “Heartache, pain, and disappointment come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing is consistent no matter how it comes. It hurts. Such is the case for my good friend and sister in Christ, Ophelia Greene. Ophelia’s story is repeated over and over again in the lives of so many abandoned women. Love Notes from a Clergyman will take you on a personal journey. Ophelia has unlocked the door to her heart so you can see how it was broken and how her great God is putting the pieces back together.” —From the Foreword by Dr. Tony Evans, Author, Speaker, President, The Urban Alternative, Senior Pastor, Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Dallas, Texas. “What a woman of grace is Ophelia. As I witnessed her bout with cancer and difficult times, Ophelia always displayed confidence in her Lord. As you read this book, although it is a heart breaker, it will encourage you and show you how to face whatever situation you are in with that same grace, looking to the One who can use all things for His good and yours. I highly recommend this book to you.” —Donna Skell, Executive Director of Roaring Lambs Ministries.
