How thoughts influence life

Some stories are shouted into the world. Others are lived quietly - until their truth becomes impossible to ignore.

Loud Echo of Silent Perseverance is the intimate, soul-baring journey of a woman who learned to rise long before she learned to speak her truth. Through moments of heartbreak, resilience, and awakening, Rakhi Shastri reveals how silent endurance can shape a life—and how reclaiming one’s voice can transform it.

With poetic honesty and grounded wisdom, she guides readers through the inner landscapes of identity, belonging, and self-worth. Each chapter offers a window into the unspoken battles that so many carry, and the profound liberation that comes from finally choosing yourself.

This book is for anyone who has ever felt unseen or unheard. It is a reminder that your quiet strength is not a weakness - it is a legacy. And when you finally give your truth permission to echo, it can change everything.

About the Author

Rakhi Shastri

Rakhi Shastri is an Executive Coach, transformational speaker, and founder of Thoughts and Life™, a leadership and personal development practice dedicated to advancing inner mastery and organizational well‑being. She holds a degree in Psychology and Early Education, a foundation that shaped her early career working with children and understanding the formative patterns that influence human behavior from the very beginning.

Her work with young minds offered a profound lens into emotional development, cognitive wiring, and the early formation of identity. Over time, Shastri recognized that the same psychological patterns she observed in children continued to shape adults - often unconsciously - impacting how they lead, relate, and navigate their inner world. This realization catalyzed her transition into transformational coaching, where she now helps adults unlearn limiting narratives, rewire internal belief systems, and cultivate the emotional intelligence required for conscious leadership.

With more than twenty years of experience, Shastri integrates her background in psychology, early education, and transformational coaching with evidence‑based behavioral frameworks and embodiment practices. As an award‑winning Toastmasters speaker and leadership development architect, she is known for translating complex human dynamics into accessible, actionable methodologies that drive sustainable change.

Her debut book, Loud Echo of Silent Perseverance, blends narrative storytelling with reflective insight to examine the long‑term impact of silent endurance and the transformative power of reclaiming one’s voice. Her writing reflects a commitment to helping readers understand the internal patterns that shape identity, belonging, and self‑worth.

In addition to her coaching, speaking and writing, Shastri develops curriculum for leadership programs, facilitates executive workshops, and speaks on topics related to inner leadership, culture transformation, and personal agency. She resides in Massachusetts, where she continues to expand her body of work focused on human potential and conscious transformation.
