An Invaluable Resource for Coaches and Supporters of Athletes

Fewer sport participation experiences are more stressful for an athlete than not being able to execute a skill or move that was previously a staple in the athlete's repertoire. Lost Skill Syndrome: Assisting the Athlete is a uniquely comprehensive approach to the causes and treatments of Lost Skill Syndrome (LSS). Dr. Lineberry presents the content so that readers may learn about the syndrome in-depth, as a counselor may need, or acquire proactive immediate skills, as a busy coach may require. Readers are guaranteed to learn something helpful in treating LSS in athletes—and you may find that these skills translate to other life challenges as well.
