I have designed this book after teaching for twenty-seven years of study and experiment in the classroom both here and abroad. About the Author

Bharat M. Persad, Ed.D

The author’s native language is Hindi and he began his studies in foreign languages—Latin French and Spanish—within the British system of education. He continued his education in Languages in the USA obtaining his Ed.D in applied linguistics. He also taught ESL (English as a second Language) to Hispanic-speaking students and Spanish for twenty-five years in middle and adult school. This experience and knowledge led him to believe that there is a need for such a vocabulary book. ENJOY!
