Hone your leadership skills with these useful and totally practical tips!

A good leader is able to put others first and motivate a team to rally around a common purpose. But competent leadership requires a unique set of skills—and not everyone has them.

Leadership Is Doing offers the reader a crash course in leadership skills in an easy-to-read “short story” format. The author shares a collection of vignettes—drawn from her own vast experience in business, not-for-profit, education, and military spheres—that demonstrate sustainable leadership skills at home, at work, and in the community. It’s the perfect “how-to” gift for anyone who wants to hone their leadership skills—and a valuable tool for those who want to better manage their lives in the years ahead.
