Insurance companies are being allowed to not pay thier policies And, it can happen to you next!

The levee protection system has not begun in most places. People are still suffering. Progoganda and disinformation is deceiving the nation about the progress of the recovery. The Iraq War is being used to "Wag the Dog" and distract the nation from the real threat--That a hurricane could wipe out South Louisiana and it's oil refining abilities. We could lose 30% the county's gasoline refining capabilities in one storm. The price of gas and diesel could double overnight for you the consumer.

It would result in higher prices of everything that must be shipped. Inform yourself by reading this book which is chocked full of true facts and true life experiences. The same abandonment could happen in your area next.

Book Excerpt

The Katrina Puzzle: America's Disgrace is a book intended to inform Americans about the the lack of storm protection that puts 30% or more of America's gasoline refining capacity at risk. Ten percent of the Murphy Oil Refinery (that is located south of New Orleans) was damaged by Hurricane Katrina for a few days. The price of gasoline skyrocketed from $2.25 a gallon to $3.00 a gallon overnight! It took almost a year for the price to go down.
If we do not build a hurricane protection system for South Louisiana, we cound permanently lose 30 to 50 percent of the nation's refineries from the foreseeable attacks of future hurricane storm surges..
That would result in $15.00 per gallon gasoline, diesel and home heating oil! The book also explores the obsticles to the recovery and rebuilding along with the abandonment of South Louisiana. More importantly, it lets Americans know how this abandoment will directly effect everyone across the nation.
These are, by far, the most important presidential election issues. It is very preventable if the nation demands that South Louisiana be protected with levee systems similar to those that have worked in the Netherlands. Holland is 20 foot below sea level and have not flooded for the past 50 years!
America needs to know the facts and demand that our all presidential candidates address these vital energy issues and protect these most valuable energy assets along with the people who keep the oil and gas flowing to the rest of the nation. Learn more by reading this book and how to avoid an economic crisis that would result from skyrocketing gasoline, diesel and home heating oil prices.
This book also informs the nation of how the insurance companies have acted in bad faith and did not honor what they still promise in their commercials. Homeowners who paid for insurance for years, believed they were covered, then were not given fair settlements. It forced tens of thousands into poverty. It could happen to your area next if the injustice is allowed to stand.
The book also gives the reader insight as to the massive taxpayer waste and fraud that happenned through FEMA and the "Road Home" Program that was intended to help those who were devestated by the storms Katrina and Rita.
There are common sense solutions to fix these problems. I will offer some of these solutions for taxpayer consideration.
Order the Katrina Puzzle: America's Disgrace and learn how to avoid a national crisis of gasoline, diesel and home heating oil prices doubling by not protecting our refineries from foreseen attacks of future hurricanes. Your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness is at stake if we allow many of the nation's oil refineries to be washed away by the next storms.
Do not depend on dysfunctional Louisiana to protect your refining capabilities. The state is broken. They can't even give away the free money to the flooded homeowners with their Road Home Program. Do not count on Louisiana to protect your most valuable gasoline refineries. You will be the one to pay at the pump. If you do not like $3.00 a gallon gasoline, you will surely hate $15.00 per gallon. Read the book to learn more about what is at stake for you the consumer and and you the taxpayer. There are solutions that should have been implemented yesterday. But, the taxpayers need to realize that there are problems before we can implement the solutions--and before it is too late!

About the Author

Robert Redmond

Robert Redmond is a Hurricane Katirna survivor, born and raised in south Louisiana.

After the storm, he was among the thousands who went through most of the insurance claims processes and scams. He also went through most of the intended government aid processes which were basically useless to homeowners. As like most everyone who flooded, very little aid made it to those who the aid was intended.

Through these processes, he witnessed outright obstruction by most agencies of the federal government, which kept aid from the intended victims.

He is a retired Merchant Marine Captain who worked in the oilfield indutry throughout the world for 15 year.s He witnessed the fall of governments, civil wars, and collapses of entire economies in other countries--overnight.

He opened and owned my own school in the Florida Keys. He was teaching other Captains weather, navigation and celestial navigation for 7 years.

After losing all in hurricane Andrew that hit the school in Homestead, Florida he returned to his home in South Louisiana.

He then went back to College and earned a degree in Computer Network Technology. At the same time earned Comptia A+ and Network + certifications along with his Microsoft Certified Professional. After working in the computer network industry, he went to work in advertising and marketing with Gannett Publishing in Houma, La. While working there full time, he compiled information and wrote this book in his off time.

The Katrina Puzzle: America's Disgrace was written to inform Americans of the real national threat of losing South Louisiana's oil refining and gas production for next storms. Capt. Redmond wants America understand this danger, so that we can protect our energy resourses from those greedy few who will wreck the U.S. economy if not stopped. We have very little time left.

He will inform the readers of these problems and offer common sense solutions to prevent a national economic tragedy that is closer to happenning that everyone would like to think.

In a country as addicted to oil as we are in America, the only thing between stability and unaffordable energy is South Louisiana. Without protecting this most valuable energy resource, this country faces grave shortages of gasoline! It will effect everyone in the U.S. We are very close to losing it all, if we do not take immediate action to protect one of the nation's most valuable energy assets.
