Linda Treadwell began her school counseling career over twenty years ago in an urban high school. Linda started recording responses and stories from students, staff and administration. After working in urban schools for ten years she transferred to a suburban middle school. She is currently a middle school counselor and an adjunct professor. During her twenty years she has been awarded High School Counselor of the Year and Middle School Counselor of the Year. Linda has two grown sons, two grandchildren and her wonderful illustrator is the mother of her youngest grandchild.
