About the Author

Shaya Fogel

The author, Shaya Fogel, walked a long path before embarking on the path of authoring this book, Passion Principles Purpose. Four different times, Fogel was hired as a full time employee and on each occasion, he quickly ascended the company ladder. Additionally, he has enjoyed great success at the company he founded in 2008. While good fortune played a great role, there are many principles along the way that Fogel learned, and credits with continually catapulting him to new heights and challenges. Fogel was born in Norfolk, Virginia, but moved to Caracas, Venezuela, before turning one and returned to the states later on making Miami Beach, Florida, his home. He was responsible for sales during the best year retail giant, Nobody Beats the Wiz, enjoyed in 1995. He also spent time as the Director of Sales at B&H Photo in New York. Fogel credits B&H for igniting his passion, and teaching him the values of principles and purpose in the business world. Finding the right title to this book was not easy, but once the title, Passion Principles Purpose, was brought up, it was as if it was there all along. To that end, Fogel says, “I believe that deep inside every person lies their true power. To gain access, one must be subservient to positive thinking and have a principled and disciplined approach by which to achieve greatness.” In this book, anyone can be stimulated to motivate themselves to unearth their greatness and maximize their potential in business and beyond.
