About the Author

Everton A. Ennis, D.Min.

Dr. Everton A. Ennis is an ordained pastor with a reputation for passionate servant leadership and transformational pastoral ministry. His education includes a bachelor’s degree in pastoral theology from Oakwood University, a master of divinity degree from Andrews University, and the doctor of ministry degree (also from Andrews University) with a specialization in Congregational Conflict Resolution Training. He is also a registered General Civil Mediator, indicative of his passion for conflict ministry. He has earned renown among his pastoral colleagues for his skill set of effective church leadership. Through his skillful leadership, at least three congregations have experienced notable relational and missional transition—from holy hell to hallelujah again! Dr. Ennis is Founder and President of Conflict Ministry Consulting Service (www.ConflictMiistry.com), a sought-after consulting and teaching service through which he provides training and resources in his specialty areas of Congregational Conflict Resolution Training and Team Leadership Training for pastors, church elders, and the local church.
