A manual created to increase the faith of

it’s readers while providing sample forms,

handbooks and guidelines for it’s daily operation.

This handbook was written for several reasons: First, to allow the readers an opportunity to share in the experiences that made me who I am today. Next, to be an encouragement to someone and possibly help to increase that person’s faith in a living God that is still performing miracles and granting the desires of one’s heart today. And finally, to make sure that any employee that reads this manual will not only see what it took to get me to this point, but know and understand the procedures and the outlook for the present and future building of an organization created to help God’s people.

At 15 years old, my childhood stopped, as little as it was, and I was thrust into a new world that molded me even more.
