He took over an abandoned Air Force base east of the city called Norton Field and he and his friends refined a new propulsion technology; but curiously they keep several old F-111s out back.

Ruthiebelle, an old college acquaintance and now the science editor of the largest newspaper in L.A., is one of the few people who remember Hans-Peter’s interest in Low Earth Orbit.

Ruthiebelle is also discreet enough that “Black World” whistleblowers are willing to give her their best information. She knows many of the UFO secrets our government never discloses.

She also knows things most insiders don’t. When she learns Hans-Peter has refined his work, she renews her acquaintance and they unexpectedly fall into an astonishing secret.
