About the Author

Brian Bouchard

Brian J. Bouchard is a retired twenty-year U.S. Army Veteran. He has worked in the Military Intelligence field as an Arabic linguist, language instructor, Senior Drill Sergeant, as well as a First Sergeant. Brian also served as the acting Command Sergeant Major for the Joint Intelligence and Debriefing Center at Abu Ghraib Prison, Iraq. At the end of that year-long deployment, 2005–2006, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Medal for meritorious service while in combat. Brian has also provided linguistic support to various government agencies, during his military career. Brian began collecting guitar picks over thirty years ago and goes by the moniker Pick-Hunter on eBay and Facebook. He now resides in Maryland with his wife Kerri and their two children, Bree and Danny.
