Lisa knows that her girlfriends can give better advice then magazines, newspapers, and television, so she brings her girlfriends Tracy, Tonya, Kathy, and Melissa together to discuss sex, relationships, marriage, and outside influences, but every session doesn’t end in harmony.

The ladies of Girlfriend Moments have one thing in common: Lisa. Kathy, a child hood friend, is a straight shooter who has no problem letting you know your opinion is wrong. Tracy, a college friend, is a conservative, uptight, know-it-all who is ready to fix everyone’s way of thinking. Melissa, a coworker, has years of experience and enough knowledge to pass around. Tonya, the youngest member of the group, still believes her prince charming is right around the corner. Lisa, simply put, is Lisa. With so many different views, there is never a dull moment when these ladies get together. And in the end, someone has to have the last word.
