PHENOMENALLY WHOLE!

Elsie Spruill

Elsie Spruill is a Playwright and Author who resides in New York City. She was born and raised in Victoria, TX where she competed in spelling and writing competitions during her Junior and Senior years in school. She has written and produced several plays in Los Angeles, CA where she resided 25 years prior to relocating to the East Coast. Elsie is skilled professionally as a Nurse - Gynecology and Urology, (post and pre-op surgery), Pharmacy (Graduates/Reciprocity) Licensing Specialist (Austin, TX), Paralegal and lay counselor/facilitator for victims of domestic violence. Elsie’s education includes Southwestern Jr. College, Chula Vista, CA (Nursing), and University of Texas at Austin (Psychology and Sociology), Texas Institute of Paralegal Studies (Paralegal Certification and BA) where she was sworn into the Texas Court System. Elsie Spruill is the author of a novel Dear God, a book for children of domestic violence.
