Even though I was always interested in nutrition, I still fell prey to the siren call of the products that promised rapid weight loss while eating pizza, hot fudge sundaes and candy bars. That magic pill would melt off all that ugly fat and I would be wearing a size 2 within 6 weeks. Let's face it - I knew that was all a bunch of hooey and so do you. If you want to lose weight you have to burn up more calories than you take in. That being said, there's no reason that losing weight can't be fun and EASY. The simple fact is that it is easier to burn off 100 calories at a time than 400 or 500 (or 800 or 1000) calories three times a day. This meal plan - I hesitate to call it a diet because I hate the word 'diet' and so should you - is something that anyone can do.
