Book Details

The Power of Words

This book primarily addresses the negative effects that harsh words can cause in the lives of children. For many years I have observed dumb things some parents say to their children, yet they somehow don’t connect their children’s negative behaviors with their words. I want to show that words have power to hurt or to heal. I have offered some very practical ways to modify the negative behavior, so that the children’s invisible wounds can be healed and not simply covered up. Parents, I urge you to speak life over your children every day. If you don’t like the fruit, then check the root. Parents should read this book, as well as those who work with children. There are too many broken arrows out there – let’s fix them.
